Answers if you partitions are untouched from factory, you can create your own recovery media. search on you computer about Acer erecovery and follow instruction to create it or you can do the same using built-in windows software (if your laptop has windows 8.x) I'm not an Acer employee. thanks for the reply.

SoI researched and did the steps to follow for recovering Phoenix boot. 1)Got the .exe file from the official acer website. 2)Extracted using universal extractor. 'Got only the .fd files. 3)NO .wph FILES WERE FOUND AFTER EXTRACTION. 4)Ran phoenix tool and it said the BIOS was insyder.
