Is the the Fujifilm XF 27mm f2.8 R WR still the best lens for street photography? In this video I review the XF 27mm f2.8 WR on the demanding 40mp sensor ofDon't get me wrong - it's sharp enough (probably not corner to corner at 1.4) and it is a good lens, but not because of sharpness. 18mm 1.4 OTOH has hit the highest numbers of Fuji lenses in test for sharpness. It's far easier to crop a 16mm to the 18 mm's field of view, than vice versa.
