Fly up into the air, and head south-east, off the map. After flying off the border for a while, the entire San Andreas map will become revealed. Now head back, and continue circling above Los Santos. The problem is I'm trying to load a 100% save file so I can mess around with cheats and other stuff without messing with my story mode profile. But I don't know where the files are being saved. I tried look in 'San Andreas User Files' but there's nothing, putting the 100 save game doesn't do anything. Actually I downgraded my game already to V1.0.
